Advanced Products Corporation Acquires Majority Interest in Advanced Machine & Stretchform International
NEW YORK, May 24, 2005 -- Advanced Products Corporation (APC) announced today the purchase of a majority interest in Advanced Machine & Stretchform International, Inc. (AMSI), located in Gardena, California.
Advanced Products Corporation is a holding company whose goal is to establish a major design and production capability for the next generation of products for the aerospace, defense, automotive and medical industries. Kline Hawkes and Company, a Los Angeles based private equity firm is a major investor in APC.
