Cameron Motorsports 2005 Barrie Grand Prix!

Canada's premiere event gathering steam

HAMILTON, ONTARIO May 21, 2005 Cameron Motorsports, for the first time, will host the
Barrie Grand Prix on June 24-26. The Barrie Grand Prix is widely recognized
as the premiere street race in Canada, and for 2005, Cameron Motorsports'
owner Bob Cameron is pushing hard to make the event, the best ever.
"We really have some exciting things planned for this year," Cameron said.
"What we'd really like to see is the top USA based racers come up and
experience some good Canadian hospitality, and race in front of 20,000
fans. This is an off weekend for most of the top flight Stars competitors,
and we'd like to offer and invitation for them to come up and compete
against the best Canada has to offer in the Sunoco Ron Fellows Karting
Championship."

The Cameron Motorsports Barrie Grand Prix competes on a unique street
circuit layout around Kempenfelt Bay in Barrie. Racers literally race
around the bay, in a spectacular setting. The whole city of Barrie gets
behind the event, and any racer who has competed at the Barrie Grand Prix
knows there is no other event like it.

"This year we have joined with the Canadian Breast Cancer Society to help
raise awareness and funds for charity," says Cameron.
Cameron will provide their arrive-and-drive F1-K/CRG equipment for a very
special media race to be held on Sunday. "This will be a special race. It
will have nine members of the media, and they will be teamed up with the
nine class pole-sitters for the weekend," said Cameron.

The 'pro's ' will start the 6 lap race, and then have a pit-stop to hand
off to their media partner, who will finish the race. "This is a great way
to raise money and awareness for the Canadian Breast Cancer Society, and it
gives our drivers a chance to help out with this important cause."

If the paddock space reservation list is anything to go by, this year's
Cameron Motorsports Barrie Grand Prix will be a star studded affair as most
of Canada's top teams have already booked space. "We still have some good
paddock spots open to racers," said Cameron Motorsports' Jean Guy Forget.
"I really urge all racers that are coming to call us to get the best spaces
possible. Also, for US based racers, they can call us direct at
905-679-2122 to book paddock space or get more information on the Cameron
Motorsports website. www.cameronmotorsports.com/barrie

There will be only one place to be on the June 24-26 weekend, and that will
be in Barrie Ontario for the Cameron Motorsports 2005 Grand Prix of Barrie.
