AutoZone To Release Third Quarter Earnings on May 25

MEMPHIS, Tenn., May 18, 2005 -- AutoZone, Inc. , the nation's leading auto parts retailer, will release results for its third quarter ended May 7, 2005, before market open on Wednesday, May 25, 2005. Additionally, the Company will host a one hour conference call on Wednesday, May 25, 2005, beginning at 10:00 a.m. (EDT), to discuss the results of the quarter.
