NetCert, Inc. Acquires Kukucar.com, the Second Largest Online Auto Network

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--May 1, 20057, 2005--NetCert, Inc. (Pink Sheets:NTCI) announces that it has acquired Kukucar.com, the second largest automobile related web site in China.

Kukucar.com, specializing in auto sales, has over 30,000 registered members. It has sold near 2,000 brand name cars in 2004 with transactions of $35.7 million. Upon completion of the acquisition, NetCert and Kukucar.com will work on the upgrade of the entire web site and provide opportunities for Kukucar.com members to become Treasure Island Mall members. Combining Kukucar.com with Treasure Island Mall's "Auto Channel", NetCert now has a much better competitive edge over all other online auto dealers.

The secondary business for Kukucar.com is selling performance / event tickets /concerts tickets. Their business has been compared to Ticketmaster.com.
