Sean Roy Moves from The Cobalt Group to CallCommand

CINCINNATI, OH May 17, 2005 -- CallCommand™, a leading provider of web-based communication solutions to automotive retailers nationwide, today announced the addition of Sean Roy to its executive team. Roy will take the position of Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships; responsible for the management of vendors and resellers, with his initial focus being the safe and accurate transfer and integration of customer data.

“We are happy to have someone in place with Sean’s level of expertise in designing and developing data exchange. The safety and accuracy of customer data exchange is vital to our company. Many automotive dealers have a variety of older systems that can be challenging to extract data from and Sean will be heading up the redevelopment of that process. With his extensive experience in working with dealers’ existing systems and designing applications that meet their specific needs, Sean is an invaluable addition,” commented Al Babbington, CallCommand CEO.

Roy brings to CallCommand almost a decade of experience in the automotive field; primarily in the areas of front-end retail solutions for automotive dealers and systems application product design and development. Most recently, Roy served as National Program Manager for The Cobalt Group, North America's leading provider of automotive retailing solutions. Roy joined the company through the acquisition of his previous company, Auto Town, which developed DealerTrack; a comprehensive dealership management software. It was at Auto Town that Roy gained his extensive experience in automotive dealer systems design and integration.

Commenting on his new position Roy stated, “CallCommand is a vibrant and growing company with vast reach across the automotive industry and other verticals. I am very excited to join a company with such tremendous potential and hope to use my experience providing technology solutions to help CallCommand expand even further.”
