The website is a key move forward as it will enable distributors and dealers to access Evader seamlessly. The site will also feature the Company's 2006 product offerings, showcase the company's technology and keep shareholders completely up to date on developments.
SEC filing almost ready
The company's audited financials which are being completed by the Seattle firm of Peterson Sullivan are very close to finalization. The company still intends to prepare and submit the SB2 to the SEC as soon as the audit is completed.
"We are down to the final details of the audit," said Evader Managing Director Brent Nelson. "The audit is the key to our SEC filing and should be turned over to our SEC lawyers by June 1, 2005. The Evader team has been working hard to complete the audit, finish the new website and prepare the launch of our 2006 model line."
