FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ENOUGH ALREADY!!!!!!!

Bloomington Speedway Rained Out Again

BLOOMINGTON, IN (May 14, 2005) - In true Friday the 13th fashion, the weatherman put the hammer on action at Bloomington Speedway again last night. Although it came as no surprise, it was a big disappointment that we would not be able to run our only dirt late model show of the season. Many of our fans look forward to this show; and most late model fans look forward to seeing these cars run on a heavy, smooth racetrack. This show is particularly challenging for the drivers; because they seldom race on this kind of track. In any event it's going to be another year before we get another shot at the dirt late models.

It remains to be seen whether or not this will be the second year that this series is shortened to a single race. Because we have committed to our program for the balance of the season, we will not be able to reschedule our show. However, it is reported that Lawrenceburg Speedway and Brownstown Speedway are attempting to reschedule their Dirt Late Model Speedweek races.

Plan on joining us next Friday night when the King of Indiana Sprint Series (KISS) visits the red clay of Bloomington Speedway. This has turned into a great series; and a lot of top drivers are following this series including a lot of USAC regulars. When these visitors join are tremendous regular competitors, a tremendous show is bound to result.
