Delphi to Announce First Quarter Financial Results on May 13

WHAT: Delphi Corp. will host a briefing and conference call for news media representatives, institutional investors and security analysts to discuss Delphi's first quarter 2005 financial results and its outlook for the second quarter and calendar year 2005.

WHO: Delphi's Chairman and CEO J.T. Battenberg III and Delphi's acting Chief Financial Officer John Sheehan will host this event. The meeting will include a brief overview of Delphi's first quarter 2005 financial results followed by an opportunity for participants to ask questions.
