MINNEAPOLIS, May 12 -- Donaldson Company today announced it will host a live Webcast of its third-quarter conference call on Thursday, May 26, 2005, at 10 a.m. CT. The company will issue a post-market earnings announcement on May 25th.

Bill Cook, President and Chief Executive Officer, Tom VerHage, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and the rest of the executive team will recap the third-quarter earnings and give a preview of the upcoming fourth quarter.
