Safety Vision, L.P. Announces Exponential Staff Expansion

HOUSTON--May 9, 2005--Safety Vision is pleased to announce a 30 percent expansion of its home office sales, engineering, and technical support staff over the past business year. This significant growth coincides with the company's escalating sales volume and an expansion of its digital video recorder and rear-vision camera product lines.

The sales staff in the company's Houston, Texas, headquarters has grown twofold in recent months. New Account Executives include Clyde Adams, Archie Doyle, Tony Driggs, Kelly Fitch, Michael Hines, Bart Longgood, and Duane Rumski. Joining these senior sales personnel are new Inside Sales staff members Don Lewis, Becky Rivas, Tom Salinas, and Michael Senna. And Victor Hernandez, who is fluent in Spanish, joins as Latin American Support Specialist. Says Safety Vision Vice President of Sales Mark ("Rex Colorado") Sahinen, "The arrival of this cadre of seasoned sales professionals has invigorated our sales effort. These individuals are aggressive, visionary, and -- most important -- mindful of our clients' needs. When our clients speak, they listen. And that kind of attentive customer care is what sets Safety Vision apart." In addition to its Houston sales force, Safety Vision also has sales offices near Chicago, Illinois; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and Dallas, Texas plus a field technician hub in Bakersfield, California. These outlying offices were established to provide rapid, responsive support to clients nationwide.

With several new and upgraded digital and analog video recorders on the shelf and in the pipe, Safety Vision also has augmented its engineering staff. Joining Engineering Manager Leonard Urbanovsky and Software Engineer Adam Grant are Design Engineers Nathan Black and Jason Harris and Software Engineer Vince Ligotino. Documenting new and existing video recorders and rear- and side-view products are new hires Cindy Cox, Technical Writer/Editor, and Jason Graesser, Graphic Artist.

Rounding out the product support staff are Jeff Schillinger, who came on as a Service & Technical Support Specialist for the law enforcement in-car patrol video market with Safety Vision's acquisition of On Patrol Video in 2004, and Phillip King, formerly a Safety Vision Field Installation Technician. Phillip recently rejoined the company as a Technical Support Manager. New supply chain employees in key positions are Director of Technology and Information Louis Araiza and Buyer Karen Sanders.

In other personnel news, Trina Fields has been named Safety Vision's 2005 Visionary of the Year. A 5-year employee and recognized leader among the company's Inside Sales staff, Trina was acknowledged for her record of outstanding service. Safety Vision President Bruce Smith said, "Trina has an incredible knack for getting things done. She will turn on a dime to meet any client need, and she extends that same efficiency and helpfulness to her coworkers. In appreciation of her stellar performance, Safety Vision will send Trina and a companion on an all-expenses-paid, four-day trip to her destination of choice -- anywhere in the world." Trina accepted the honorary award from last year's Visionary of the Year, Service Department Manager Nathan Golden. Also, Vicki Hammett has become Safety Vision's Human Resource Director, committed to providing the company's "internal clients" with the most attractive and employee-friendly benefits available.
