Ruhlman to appear tonight on sportstalkcleveland.com
Cleveland, Ohio (May 9, 2005)--Randy Ruhlman will appear on the live
radio/Internet show, sportstalkcleveland.com, tonight at 10 PM EDT.
Ruhlman, a Cleveland native and recent winner of the Long Beach Grand Prix
Trans-Am race, will be one of the first guests on the debut of Frank Reecešs
innovative show. The live show combines cutting edge Internet radio with
streaming video, allowing fans from all over the country to email and
call-in live.
Ruhlman will be talking about his recent win, the Trans-Am series and
upcoming races (including the Cleveland Grand Prix), as well as his other
events. Ruhlman, the driver of the #49 Corvette in the Trans-Am series, is
sponsored by local Mayfield Village, Ohio company, Preformed Line Products.

Ruhlman, who won the 2005 Trans-Am season opener at the Long Beach Grand
Prix, finished third in the 2004 Trans-Am Series Drivers Championship.
Ruhlman, Tommy Kendall, and Paul Gentilozzi, both past champions, fought it
out last year in the closest points battle ever in Trans-Amšs 39-year
history. Ruhlman scored seven straight, top five finishes, including three
podiums in 2004: a second at Road America, another second at Toronto, and a
third at Infineon. Ruhlman also won the pole for the Road America race.
Randy Ruhlman is fifth overall in Top Ten finishes in Trans-Am history.
Along with his racing duties, Ruhlman has made a commitment to local and
national childrenšs charities. He has taken an increasingly active role in
the Lance Armstrong Foundation, once again participating in and promoting
the Tour de Road America charity ride for cancer survivorship. Upcoming next
week, in conjunction with UHHS Rainbow Babies and Childrenšs Hospital
outreach programs, Ruhlman will be speaking at the Ohio Seat Belt Safety
