Honda Comment in Response to FIA Verdict

Tokyo, Japan, May 6, 2005 - (JCN Newswire) - Honda Motor Co., Ltd. released the comment below in response to the verdict announced by Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) at Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona on Thursday, May 5, 2005 at 14:00 (21:00 Japan time), in regard to B.A.R Honda at the San Marino Grand Prix.

"Honda deeply regrets the verdict issued by the FIA despite the fact that B.A.R Honda submitted documents validating that it was in conformance to current regulations and sufficient explanations of this fact were provided.
