Garen K. Staglin and Roxani M. Gillespie Join Solera Board

SAN DIEGO--May 2, 2005--Solera, Inc., a consulting, outsourced services, and strategic technology provider focused on the auto physical damage claims process, announced today that Garen K. Staglin and Roxani M. Gillespie have been named to its board of directors.

Staglin has been involved in transaction processing and financial services companies for over 30 years. He has been a director of public and private companies and participated in many venture and LBO transactions. Most recently he was President and CEO of eONE Global LP, an emerging payments company funded by FDC and iFormation Group. Previously, he was Chairman and CEO of Safelite Glass Corporation, a manufacturer and retailer of replacement autoglass and related services. Prior to Safelite, Staglin was President and CEO of ADP Automotive Claims Services, a leading provider of auto physical damage claims estimating software and services.

Roxani Gillespie is a partner in the San Francisco office of Barger & Wolen, a well-known and respected law firm specializing in insurance law and regulation. She serves on the board of directors of 21st Century Insurance and was the California Insurance Commissioner from 1986 through 1991.
