DALLAS--May 2, 2005--Effective as of April 29, 2005, MicroTRAK (Pink Sheets:MIOK) has signed an agreement with Caladesi Capital, Inc. in which Caladesi Capital, Inc. will provide commercial equipment financing solutions for MIOK's premiere product FleetTRAK.

Caladesi Capital, Inc.'s vendor program is tailored to help MIOK lease the FleetTRAK GPS program for commercial fleet services. Leasing allows MIOK's customers to acquire the equipment they need, while lowering MIOK's working capital and bank lines. Caladesi Capital, Inc. will be implementing a web developer to add leasing information to MicroTRAKgps.com. The program being implemented is a popularly known Private Label Leasing Program. Caladesi Capital, Inc. will be translating "need to think it over" into "how am I going to pay for this?" program. Caladesi Capital, Inc.'s typical lease terms are 12-60 months. 36 months is the most common term for GPS systems.

Caladesi Capital, Inc.'s Flexible Finance programs can be 90 days deferred, seasonal payments, one payment down, nothing down, and skip payments. All programs have both $1.00 and 10% end of lease options. Lowering capital is critical to the long-term success of MIOK and Caladesi Capital, Inc. will help them get there.
