Mitsubishi Electric Automotive America Receives General Motors 2004 Supplier of the Year Award

NORTHVILLE, Mich., May 2, 2005 -- For the sixth consecutive year, Mitsubishi Electric Automotive America, Inc., has received General Motors' Supplier of the Year award for its overall business performance in providing GM with world-class parts and services in 2004. The award was given during ceremonies Saturday, April 23, at the General Motors Vehicle Engineering Center in Warren, Mich.

Mitsubishi Electric Automotive America supplies ignition coils, sensors and components for numerous GM vehicles.

The GM Supplier of the Year award began as a global program in 1992. This year, General Motors honored 78 suppliers for their excellence throughout 2004.
