Cooper-Standard Automotive Inc. Announces the Extension of its Offer to Exchange its Outstanding Senior Notes and Outstanding Senior Subordinated Notes for Senior Notes and Senior Subordinated Notes, Respectively, That Have Been Registered Under the Securities Act

NOVI, Mich., April 29 -- Cooper-Standard Automotive Inc. announced today that it is extending its offer to exchange its outstanding 7% Senior Notes due 2012 (CUSIP Nos. 216762AA2 and U20608AA0) and 8 3/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2014 (CUSIP Nos. 216762AC8 and U20608AB8) which were sold pursuant to exemptions from registration under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, for like principal amounts of its registered 7% Senior Notes due 2012 (CUSIP No. 216762AB0) and 8 3/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2014 (CUSIP No. 216762AD6).

The exchange offer is being made pursuant to a Prospectus dated April 20, 2005, and related Letter of Transmittal, which more fully set forth the terms of the exchange offer. The exchange offer has been extended so that it is now scheduled to expire at 12:00 a.m. midnight, New York City time, on Monday, May 23, 2005, unless further extended.
