Patriot Motorcycles Adds Key Southeast Region to U.S. Distribution Network with Initial $4 Million Commitment

SAN CLEMENTE, Calif.--April 27, 2005--Patriot Motorcycles Corporation (Pink Sheets: PMCY) today announced the addition of the Southeast Region to its rapidly expanding U.S. Distributor Network.

The new alliance grants exclusive distributorship of the entire Yamoto by Patriot(TM) line of Dirt Bikes and All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV's) to East Coast Patriot Distributors, Inc. of Fort Lauderdale, Florida for a seven state area - including Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas and both North and South Carolina.

The agreement also contains distribution options for 11 additional Eastern states and includes a sales-performance guarantee in the form of a purchase order for an initial 4,750 units representing a minimum $4 million dollar commitment by year's end.

The East Coast Patriot Distributors organization is headed by Parry Goodman, organizer and former Chairman of the Board of Floridian Community Bank and a 25-year veteran Florida businessman.
