Billy Edwards Named Chief Instructor of The Mid-Ohio School

COLUMBUS, Ohio (April 26, 2005) - The Mid-Ohio School is pleased to
announce the appointment of Billy Edwards as the Chief Instructor.
Edwards, with 19 years of motorsports and business background, takes
over the position effective immediately.

"I am thrilled and honored to be following Calvin Fish as the Chief
Instructor for The-Mid Ohio School. I consider the school to be one of
the best, if not the best, driving schools in the country," said
Edwards. "The level of instructing and the quality of instructors at the
school is incredible. We have instructors who have competed in Formula
1, CART, American Le Mans, Grand Am and much more. I don't think that
you can find a better group of instructors anywhere."

Edward's primary focus initially will be to evaluate all 10 of the
different driving programs offered by The Mid-Ohio School. He will also
instruct at all Honda Teen Defensive Driving Programs starting in May.

"Billy brings a wide range of skills and experience to the Chief
Instructor role which will be very valuable to the future growth of The
Mid-Ohio School. He has worked on a variety of special events and a
number of high level manufacturer and automotive driving programs
including being one of the Chief Instructor at the Marlboro Racing
School," stated Steve Bidlack, Director of The Mid-Ohio School. "We are
very excited about the future of The Mid-Ohio School with Billy's
involvement. Look for some new and different
driving programs to be developed in the coming year."

Edward's, from Sylvania, OH, is the Co-Host of Focus on Racing, a
nationally-syndicated Westwood One/CBS radio program. He is also a
championship race driver with 15 SCCA regional, divisional and event
championships to his credit.

The Mid-Ohio School runs from March to November of each year with 117
days scheduled for 2005. The school has something for everyone, offering
ten different courses ranging from the Honda Teen Defensive Driving
Program to its Competition Course for amateur and professional racers.
The Mid-Ohio School uses Acura RSX Type-S and Honda Civic EX Coupes and
is based at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, OH, the country's
most competitive and demanding road course. The instructors are driving
experts and accomplished racers with over 150 race wins and twenty
professional championships to their credit.
