Developer to Build Auto Mall in Show Low Market; Development Will Be First Facility of Its Kind in Northeastern Arizona

SHOW LOW, Ariz., April 26 -- Show Low Airport Investors, LLC announced today their intent to build a 75-acre automotive complex strategically located at the intersection of Highways 60 and 77 in Show Low. The Northern Arizona Auto Mall is the only project of its kind in Northeastern Arizona and will be developed with a very high level of improvements designed to attract buyers from Utah and New Mexico as well as Northern Arizona. The auto mall will serve a region of Arizona that is expected to experience enormous growth over the next 5 years, making it the next Prescott/Flagstaff boom area.

"We are very pleased that the developer sees the growth potential of this market and has selected Show Low for the site of this regional facility", said Mike Maag, Show Low City Manager. "Not only will this project be good for our economy, it will bring many new jobs for our citizens."

The auto mall will serve an area that is expected to grow significantly over the next 5 years. In the last year, Show Low alone has experienced population growth of 9.4%. Triple digit growth figures from the period of 1999-2004 validates the trend:

   * New approved housing development in the Show Low/Pinetop region top
     6,000 units
   * Total building valuation up from $23 million to $52 million
   * Named by MSN Money in the top 10 emerging second home markets

The auto mall project will consist of approximately 10 new car dealership sites plus a collision center site on 75 acres. Site sizes and configuration will be adjustable to meet the needs of the dealer. The project capitalizes on the growing trend of placing multiple dealerships in a single location to make the car shopping experience simpler and more enjoyable for the consumer. The development is expected to be complete by June, 2006.

"I look forward to working with the City and dealerships on this exciting venture over the next year", said Cory Frampton, principal of Show Low Airport Investors. "Initial response has been fantastic with commitments for purchase already over fifty percent".
