Vehicle Inspection Services Names New Executive Director; Brings 30 Years Remarketing Experience to the Table

ATLANTA--April 26, 2005--Vehicle Inspection Services, LLC (VIS), one of the largest full-service vehicle inspection companies in North America, today announced the newest member of its growing executive team. VIS has named Don Fowler, a 30-year veteran of the automobile remarketing industry, as executive director of business development. Fowler will be responsible for the development and coordination of new business opportunities while directing the sales and marketing initiatives.

"Our business development and marketing plan for VIS is simple. Specifically, we will target OEMs, Captive Finance Companies, Fleet and Lease Companies, and the Banking industry, as well as the expanding Internet providers, sellers and buyers to provide inspection, audit and certification programs," said Fowler. In Fowler's 30-year career, he has remarketed vehicles for PHH and managed auctions with increasing responsibilities in sales, marketing and general management of auctions owned by GE Capital, ServNet, Manheim and ADESA. In addition, Don assisted Autodaq, an Internet auction provider that merged with Auto Trade Center, and United Road, a vehicle transportation company, as they expanded their respective services to the national remarketing community.
