(TSX: MG.SV.A, MG.MV.B; NYSE: MGA) is holding its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, May 3, 2005 at Roy Thomson Hall, 60 Simcoe Street, Toronto, Ontario commencing at 10:00 a.m. EDT (Toronto time).
