Nissan SHIFT_Launches Five New Models in Shanghai

Tokyo (JCNN) - On April 19, Nissan Motor revealed five new products to be introduced in the Chinese market at a unique SHIFT_launch event in Shanghai.

The five models shown are the Fuga luxury sedan, 350Z sports coupe, Tiida compact sedan, Tiida hatchback and Quest minivan.

Sales of the Tiida compact sedan began on the same day.

Sales in the Chinese market will be a critical factor for Nissan to successfully complete the Nissan Value-Up plan, a new three-year business plan.

By the time the plan ends, Nissan's sales in China are expected to exceed 500,000 units, making China Nissan's third largest market in the world.
