MicroTRAK Inc. Not Wasting Any Time, Shaking Hands with IrisDirect LLC

DALLAS--April 21, 2005--Effective as of April 20, 2005, MicroTRAK Inc. (Pink Sheets:MIOK), www.microtrakgps.com, (formerly Explore Energy Corp.), a Nevada Corporation, a parent of MicroTRAKgps Inc., also a Nevada Corporation, which is in the business of installing Global Positioning tracking devices in automobiles, motorcycles, and boats, has officially teamed up with IrisDirect LLC, as their investor relations firm.

MIOK, formed in December 2003, has been anxious to become public, and now is officially on the market as of April 20, 2005. MicroTRAKgps Inc. has completed their technical assemblage and national testing (4th quarter of 2004) of their CycleTRAK, AutoGUARDgps, AutoTRAKgps and GenTRAK products. All of MIOK's product line is now available; except for the CycleTRAK (will be premiering soon).
