MicroTRAK Inc. Hits the Market Running, Converting into a Publicly Traded Company

DALLAS--April 20, 2005--Effective as of April 20, 2005, MicroTRAK Inc. (Pink Sheets:MIOK), www.microtrakgps.com, (formerly Explore Energy Corp.) (MIOK), a Nevada Corporation, a parent of MicroTRAKgps Inc., also a Nevada Corporation, which is in the business of installing Global Positioning tracking devices in automobiles, motorcycles, and boats, has officially became a publicly traded company.

MIOK, formed in December of 2003, goes far beyond vehicle recovery, by providing in-vehicle hardware and wireless location services. From a recent study entitled "Automotive Telematics Systems and Industry Trends," by TechnoMetrica, Inc., the market has stated that the telematics (GPS) industry is positioned for significant exponential growth. The appeal of automobiles equipped with telematics is high enough to generate more than $700 million in sales over the next two quarters, if auto manufacturers are nimble enough to capitalize on growing consumer awareness and demand.
