Myers Industries Declares Quarterly Dividend

AKRON, Ohio--April 20, 2005--The Board of Directors of Myers Industries, Inc. today declared a regular $.05 per share dividend. The dividend will be paid July 1, 2005, to shareholders of record as of June 10, 2005.
