Speedway Motorsports Selects Ticketmaster

Ticketmaster to Provide Enhanced Ticketing and Event Marketing Sales Services for Six Speedway Motorsports Facilities on NASCAR Circuit

Multi-Year Agreement Includes Sales & Marketing Distribution, Electronic Ticketing, Online Account Management & More to Enhance Fan Experience

LOS ANGELES, April 19 -- Speedway Motorsports, Inc. (SMI) and Ticketmaster, the world's leading ticketing company, today announced a comprehensive ticketing agreement whereby Ticketmaster's state-of-the-art technology and event ticket marketing and distribution services will be deployed at six SMI speedways across the country, all on the NASCAR Circuit, including:

   *  Atlanta Motor Speedway in Hampton, GA
   *  Bristol Motor Speedway in Bristol, TN
   *  Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, CA
   *  Las Vegas Motor Speedway in Las Vegas, NV
   *  Lowe's Motor Speedway in Concord, NC
   *  Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth, TX

Through the agreement, Ticketmaster will serve as the authorized ticketing provider for all six SMI speedways. Ticketmaster's state-of-the-art automated ticketing system, already in place at Texas Motor Speedway and Infineon Raceway, will facilitate advance and onsite permanent seating tickets, suite ticketing, special ticket packages, group ticketing, and more on behalf of the six SMI speedways. Ticketmaster will provide motorsports fans from across the country with a one-stop shopping experience, driving SMI ticket sales online through the branded websites of all six speedways as well as through ticketmaster.com. Advance tickets will also be available through each speedway's box office, speedway phone center and through Ticketmaster retail ticket center locations in each SMI market and nationally through Ticketmaster's Charge By Phone Network.
