Evader Vehicles Set to File with SEC in May

BELLEVUE, Wash.--April 15, 2005--Bellevue, Washington-based Evader, Inc. (www.evader.us.) (Pink Sheets:EVDR), the maker of electric high-performance vehicles powered by their leading-edge proprietary technology announced that the Seattle firm of Peterson Sullivan is finalizing the company's audited financial statements in preparation to complete the Company's SB2 filing application for the SEC. The Company's target date for the submission of the SB2 to the SEC is May 1, 20055, 2005.
