TEN Magazines Acquires ACCESS RPM, Inc.

CORONA, CA ­ TEN Magazines, a visionary industry leader in automotive
aftermarket publishing and media platforms, announced today that they have
acquired ACCESS RPM and hired Dick Dixon as VP/Group Publisher.
 
ACCESS RPM, founded by Dick Dixon, publishes the popular Hot Rods & Trucks
and Mustangs & Fords Buyers Guides for the automotive aftermarket, which are
distributed in all 50 states and six countries. Available in print and
on-line, these must-have guides include over 1,500 businesses and over 1,350
categories that make up the automotive aftermarket.
 
TEN Magazines will add the well-known Hot Rods & Trucks Buyers Guide and
Mustangs & Fords Buyers Guide to its list of quality print publications. In
addition, the information within these guides will be integrated into the
proprietary information-delivery system throughout The Enthusiast Network of
over 20 sites, and syndicated to other relevant automotive industry sites.
 
In the coming months, the popular Hot Rods & Trucks Buyers Guide will become
the Hot Rod & Muscle Buyers Guide, and the Trucks Buyers Guide will be
published as a separate book to better meet the needs of the market. This
will add a third publication to the Buyers Guide group which has become
known as the ³aftermarket yellow pages².
 
A seasoned automotive industry veteran with over 30 years experience, Dixon
boasts a long list of accomplishments that include a respected reputation as
an entrepreneur. Dixon is also a noted public speaker, and
was crowned SEMA Ambassador of the Year in 2001 and 2002, and was recognized
by SEMA with the Platinum Award of Excellence in 2003. Dixon is also the
Director of the International Motorsports Alliance (California State
University, San Bernardino) and was recently appointed as Chairman of the
Citrus College Automotive Technology Department Advisory Board, Glendora,
CA.

develop additional products created to serve niche automotive market
segments.
