American Commerce Solutions, Inc. Reveals Recycling Interest

BARTOW, Fla., April 12 -- American Commerce Solutions, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: AACS) today announced a strategic relationship with American Fiber Green Products, Inc. (AFGP), f/k/a Amour Fiber Core, Inc.

American Commerce Solutions President and Chief Executive Officer Daniel L. Hefner commented, "After over two years of effort, all the components are coming together to be able to advance the nature of this relationship to one of significant ownership interest. This announcement coincides with an upgrade of the American Fiber Green Products company website. ACS will benefit greatly as part of this multi-billion-dollar industry. However, equally as important is understanding and being part of the positive impact this company can have on the world's environment."

Kenneth McCleave, President of AFGP, stated, "ACS shareholders have patiently waited for this announcement, and I know that they will understand my excitement as the final details are revealed and reported. Current management and technical support personnel of ACS have assisted our executive management to prepare this non-trading public company for active trading. Final audited financial reporting is nearing completion and our legal staff is prepared to deal with the SEC for questions that may arise. We expect AFGP to be fully reporting and trading by the end of summer, if not sooner. We are indebted to ACS for their tireless effort and support. The AFGP website ( http://americanfibergreenproducts.com/ ) details the assistance given."

Hefner continued, "I encourage everyone to check every detail of the AFGP website, especially 'Corporate News.' Within that site are detailed two separate and distinct multi-billion-dollar industries, both of which AFGP and American Commerce Solutions will benefit. The first is through the application of the Amour patented process and products that revolutionize the way that FRP (fiberglass reinforced products) are handled on a global basis. The second is integrating the Baby Boomers' fascination with vintage cars, boats and other leisure products into not only a sales and marketing strategy, but also a leisure time and vacation rental program."

American Commerce Solutions, Inc. will have the opportunity to acquire up to 33% of the current issued and outstanding common shares of AFGP. The terms and conditions of this asset acquisition will be reported within coming weeks.

American Commerce Solutions, Inc. is a multi-industry holding company. ACS currently has wholly owned subsidiaries International Machine and Welding, Inc. and Chariot Manufacturing Company, Inc., which includes Chariot Trailers and the AFG job shop.
