BARTOW, Fla., April 12 -- American Commerce Solutions, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: AACS) today announced a strategic relationship with American Fiber Green Products, Inc. (AFGP), f/k/a Amour Fiber Core, Inc.

American Commerce Solutions President and Chief Executive Officer Daniel L.
