Lazydays Ranked #1 RV Dealership in the U.S. By Statistical Surveys

SEFFNER, Fla.--April 12, 2005--Statistical Surveys has ranked Lazydays the #1 RV dealership in the U.S. for calendar year 2004. For the first time ever, Statistical Surveys has computed this ranking for 49 reporting states versus past rankings which only included 25 states. The national award was determined for two categories. They are (i) all RVs and (ii) all Class A and Class C motor homes combined.

"We are very honored to receive this prestigious award," said Don Wallace, Founder and CEO of Lazydays. "This is a very significant designation for Lazydays and it wouldn't be possible without the contributions of our employee partners and our wonderful customers across the country."

The national award comes on the heels of Lazydays' dealership Grand Re-Opening in March 2005, celebrating the culmination of spectacular renovations and expansion that takes customer service to even greater heights. The newly renovated and expanded areas represent over a $3 million investment in destination amenities that serves all of Lazydays RV customers and guests.

In other news, Lazydays will launch a lifestyle magazine in May 20, 200505. Lazydays RVLiving magazine promises to enter the RV publication market with a compelling mixture of entertaining, bright, upscale, lively and service-oriented editorial content targeted at existing RV owners as well as the emerging baby boomer market.

Recently, the RV SuperCenter reported sales of close to $800 million for 2004. Today, Lazydays has RV customers from all 50 states, and the dealership continues to draw customers from all corners of the map:

-- 42% of their customers are from out of the state of Florida

-- 53% of their customers are repeat and referral customers
