NowAuto Announces Results of First Weekly Auto Auction With 25 Vehicles Sold

NowAuto Investor Open House Announced, Saturday, April 30th

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., April 12 -- NowAuto, Inc. announced today results from the first weekly auto auction held in Phoenix, Arizona on April 9th, 2005. Sunburst Car Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of NowAuto, Inc. sold 25 vehicles in about a five-hour period of time. The price range of the cars, trucks, and SUVs was $700 to $13,000.

NowAuto also announces today it will have an open house on April 30th, 2005. The open house will be at wholly owned subsidiary Sunburst Car Company during the weekly Saturday auction. NowAuto would like to extend an invitation to all media outlets, shareholders, and others who are interested in learning more about NowAuto. As part of the open house, a ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at 10:30 a.m.

On April 7th, 2005 NowAuto announced they completed the acquisition of Sunburst Car Company, the largest independent used-car dealership in Arizona. Sunburst Car Company anticipates sales of $16 million for 2005.

NowAuto operates auto dealerships in Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, and Tucson, Arizona. Wholly owned subsidiary Sunburst Car Company runs auto auctions every Saturday at 10:30 a.m. The auction is located at 3777 NW Grand Ave. Interested buyers are welcome to stop by on Friday and test-drive any vehicles that will run in the Saturday auction.
