Fresh off a runner-up performance  yesterday on his 25th birthday at
Martinsville Speedway, Kahne heads to Texas Motor Speedway where he
finished second in last year's race.  He has two tops in the past three
races and has moved from 38th to 18th in the series standings in those
three events. In 42 career starts, Kahne has recorded six runner-up
finishes (14.3 percent).
