Solera Closes Initial Round of Financing

SAN DIEGO--April 8, 2005--Solera, Inc., a consulting, outsourced services, and strategic technology provider focused on the auto physical damage claims process, announced today that it has successfully closed its initial round of financing with GTCR Golder Rauner, LLC (GTCR), one of the nation's leading private equity firms.
