RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif.--April 8, 2005--EMRISE CORPORATION (OTCBB:EMRI), a multi-national manufacturer of defense and aerospace electronic components and subsystems and communications equipment, today announced that due to the temporary unavailability of its chief financial officer for personal reasons, the special meeting that was scheduled for April 15, 2005, has been postponed and will be held on Friday, May 6, 2005, at 11 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time, at company headquarters located at 9485 Haven Avenue, Suite 100, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. Carmine T.
