NowAuto the Largest Independent Used-Car Dealership in Arizona

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., April 7 -- NowAuto, Inc. announced today it has completed its acquisition of Phoenix-based Sunburst Car Company, the largest independent used-car dealership in Arizona. Sunburst expects annual sales in excess of $16 million in 2005 and will be accretive to NowAuto's earnings.

With the completion of this purchase, NowAuto is now the largest independent used-car dealership in Arizona. Sunburst Car Company will continue to operate as Sunburst Car Company, a NowAuto Company. The other three NowAuto dealerships located in Tucson, Tempe, and Mesa will continue as NowAuto.

NowAuto is known for introducing no credit check auto loans for the sub- prime credit market. By combining NowAuto and Sunburst's existing strengths, customer relationships, presence in complementary markets, and proven sub- prime finance solutions with Sunburst's sales power, NowAuto's customers will see numerous benefits. These benefits include stronger auto selection, more locations, in-house repair, body shop, emissions, and weekly auto auctions.
