Reynolds and Reynolds Names Von Pusch Vice President, Retail Sales

DAYTON, Ohio, April 7 -- The Reynolds and Reynolds Company today named Rick Von Pusch as vice president, Retail Sales.

Previously, Von Pusch led Reynolds' Northeast market as area vice president. He reports to Terri Mulcahey, whose appointment as senior vice president, Sales and Service, was announced in March.

In making the announcement, Mulcahey said, "It's an honor to name Rick to this important leadership role, and I'm thrilled to be working with him in our retail sales effort. He epitomizes our focus on the customer and our desire to see products and services through their eyes, understanding intellectually and emotionally what customers value."

"This is an exciting time to be at Reynolds," Von Pusch said. "There is renewed energy. A clearer focus. And, there is a visible commitment to the core strengths we have used to become the best in the eyes of our customers. I look forward to contributing in my new role and helping to lead part of the new Sales and Service group."

Von Pusch has served as Northeast area vice president since 2001. As area vice present, he was responsible for the Reynolds' systems and documents business throughout a 13-state market.

Von Pusch joined Reynolds in 1988 after two years with NCR Corporation. Prior to his assignment in the Northeast, he was regional vice president of the company's Florida market, managing both documents and systems sales. Previously, he was the regional sales manager in Tampa for Reynolds, preceded by a variety of systems related sales and account management positions.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida.
