Richards Named to Staff at Infineon Raceway

 


        SONOMA, Calif. Bob Richards has been added
to the sales and marketing department at Infineon Raceway, raceway
officials announced. Richards has been named Manager of Vendor Displays
and Corporate Sales.


 


            Richards will oversee the vendor display program at Infineon
Raceway's major events, including the Dodge/Save Mart 350 NASCAR NEXTEL
Cup in June, and provide support in corporate sales. 


 


"We are thrilled to have Bob join our team," said Frank Gullum, vice
president of sales at Infineon Raceway. "His experience in promoting and
selling motor-sports events and his history of providing superior
customer service make Bob a terrific addition to Infineon Raceway."


 

            Prior to coming to Infineon Raceway, Richards worked as a
consultant for High Speed Sports and Entertainment in Sacramento, where
he handled business development and sales and marketing. In 2004,
Richards promoted an indoor/outdoor multi-discipline motorcycle event at
Arco Arena in Sacramento that attracted more than 10,000 fans. 

 

Richards, 45, resides in El Dorado Hills (El Dorado County) with his
wife and son.
