2-Track Global Inc. Announce Signing of Software Licensing and Distribution Agreement With Traktag Nigeria Limited
NEW YORK--April 1, 2005--2-Track Global Inc. (OTCBB:TOTG) today announced that it had executed a software licensing and distribution agreement with Traktag (Nigeria) Limited. Under the terms of the agreement 2-Track will provide Traktag with its fleet management tracking products and services on a non-exclusive basis in Nigeria. Traktag are actively involved in vehicle tracking and commercial fleet management systems. Traktag count among its clients companies such as Coca-Cola, Heineken breweries and Nigerian Government.Mike Jung, CEO of 2-Track commented "I am delighted to have executed an agreement with Traktag for the supply of our products and services in Nigeria. This agreement follows our successful initial contract where we supplied eighty vehicle tracking units together with software and associated support services. Further one hundred and twenty five units in order. The success of that initial contract has enabled Traktag to be appointed as a reseller of 2-Track products in the Nigerian market. We have successfully demonstrated the capability of our systems to Nigerian breweries (Heineken Nigeria) who have confirmed that after a simple system integration the technology will be implemented to 1800 vehicle fleet." It is our intention to roll the 2-Track fleet management system out to our existing clients in Nigeria and I hope that this will commence shortly. After executing successful contracts in Nigeria we would like to become 2-Track's exclusive partner in Nigeria and Northwest Africa."
