Dtomi Evaluating Additional Acquisition Candidates as Part of Business Transformation; Original Patent License Agreement With Lo-Tow Axles, Pty Also Terminated
PLANTATION, Fla.--March 30, 2005--Dtomi, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("Dtomi") (OTCBB:DTOI), announced today that, as part of its business transformation, it is evaluating additional acquisition candidates.John Haddock, Dtomi's CEO said, "We continue to pursue a strategy of building a base of diversified technology and manufacturing businesses each of which brings innovative, value-differentiated products or services to market. Separately, Dtomi also said its patent license agreement with Lo-Tow Axles, Pty has been terminated. In February, the company announced its intent to license an alternative, simpler and more cost-effective design for a second generation Air Spring Axle(TM). The Air Spring Axle(TM) is an innovative suspension designed for small and medium sized trailers that not only provides the benefits of an air suspension but also allows a trailer to be lowered to ground level to simplify loading and unloading.
