   What:     The theme at this year's Supply-Chain World conference is
             "Enabling Profitable Customer Satisfaction through Supply Chain
             Integration." Pelion's Sherman and Gleditsch will share their
             extensive experience helping manufacturers implement Lean
             practices from the shop floor and on through the supply chain.

             Gleditsch will present "Applying Lean Manufacturing Strategies
             to Achieve Breakthrough Results: 10 Important Lessons."  During
             his presentation, he will share his experiences from seven
             years as corporate VP of manufacturing technology at the
             American Standard Companies.  Attendees will learn the
             fundamental processes he implemented at American Standard as it
             embarked on one of the most successful Lean transformations in
             the industry.  Gleditsch will present key performance metrics
             and expectations, barriers encountered, results achieved and
             sustained, and technology enablers through the "Ten" important
             lessons.

             As Event Vice Chair of the Supply Chain World conference and
             Track Chair of the Manufacturing Excellence track, Pelion's
             Sherman also will share his extensive experience in supply
             chain and manufacturing practices.  He will oversee a schedule
             of sessions that address issues ranging from the high level
             view of reconfiguring supply chains to first hand reports of
             methodologies, skills, structures and processes being embraced
             by effective manufacturing operations.  Sherman was a member of
             the team that founded the Supply Chain Council and currently
             serves on the North American Leadership Team and the SCC
             membership committee.
