Modine Manufacturing Company Sets Date and Location for 2005 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

RACINE, Wis.--March 28, 2005--Modine Manufacturing Company announced today that its 2005 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, July 20 at 9:30 a.m. Central Time at the Company's corporate headquarters, 1500 DeKoven Avenue, Racine, Wisconsin.

Common shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 3, 20051, 2005 will be entitled to the notice of and to vote at the 2005 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
