Intelligent Motor Cars Group to Launch New Finance Division

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--March 28, 2005--Intelligent Motor Cars Group, Inc. (OTCBB:IMTR), today announced that they are prepared to launch a new Buy-Here/Pay-Here finance division to underwrite all of their in-house vehicle sales.

"We've been giving away a good deal of our profit margins to other third party finance companies because of our reliance on outside financing sources to keep our sales increasing and finance business growing," reported Jerry Scalzo, Intelligent's CEO. "Now that we have $2.5 million coming in from our contract with Cross Capital Fund (CCF) we will have the means to keep those profits plus interest payments in addition to having the ability to increase our sales production by more than 30%."

Intelligent reported that it would be launching the new finance division as early as April 1, 2005, depending on the infusion on capital from the funding contract with CCF.
