Shane Hmiel about the recent run of bad luck:
“The WINFUEL team has had some bad luck the past few weekends. With the 
exception of Daytona, we were off to a really good start with back-to-back top-five 
finishes at California and Mexico, and then we had a transmission go out in 
Las Vegas and tire problems in Atlanta. I am really looking forward to going to 
Nashville and putting all of the bad luck behind us. Hopefully all of our 
transmission problems are behind us, and we can work towards regaining some of 
the ground that we have lost in the championship standings.�??
 
Shane Hmiel about Nashville Superspeedway:
            “Nashville Superspeedway has never really been one of my favorite 
tracks, but then again I have never really had good equipment there. I’m 
looking forward to going to Nashville knowing that Braun Racing gives me the 
excellent equipment that I need to compete for the win. My crew chief, Todd Lohse, 
loves Nashville and he says that he’s got a really great set-up for the car. 
BR06 is my favorite car and luckily my guys back in the shop worked really hard 
to get it repaired and ready to race at Nashville.�??
