NationsRent Appointed Sullivan-Palatek Dealership for Texas and Louisiana

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--March 22, 2005--NationsRent Companies, Inc. ("NationsRent") announced today that it has been appointed by Sullivan-Palatek as an authorized dealer for its portable air compressor division for the entire states of Texas and Louisiana. Selected NationsRent stores within each market will serve as stocking dealerships to sell and service the full line of Sullivan-Palatek rotary screw air compressors, along with construction air tools.

By entering into this dealership agreement, NationsRent will continue its transition into a full service equipment solutions provider. As a factory authorized Sullivan dealer offering sales, service, parts, and technical assistance, the Company will provide a more complete choice for its customers while gaining a strong foothold to compete against other air compressor dealerships.
