RV Wireless, Inc. Announces Its Purchase in Connectifi, Inc., a Provider of High-Speed

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--March 22, 2005--RV Wireless, Inc. (Pink Sheets: RVWS) today announces it has purchased a working interest in Connectifi, Inc., a provider of high-speed wireless Internet services to RV resorts in Arizona and California.

"Our goal is to consolidate the Internet-access business specifically serving RVers," says Jeffrey Black, President of RV Wireless. "The industry has grown and matured in the last three years to the point where four main competitors are making WiFi at RV resorts a great business. Connectifi is the leading provider in the Southwest and has a year-round service for RVers in its RVwifi product. RVwifi provides access in 3,400 locations as a member of the Airpath Provider Alliance. It also has dialup access in the U.S. and Canada with 3,400 local numbers and offers email services," Black states.

"We provide our RVwifi service at 18 resorts comprising 22,000 RV sites, park model homes, manufactured homes and frame homes. A resort like the Voyager RV Resort in Tucson is home to 3,500 people in season, and the amenities there include a spa, tennis, golf, pools, clubs and an amazing list of activities.
