Daytona Bike Week 'Exceptional' for Chariot
BARTOW, Fla., March 15 -- American Commerce Solutions, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: AACS) today reported that Chariot Manufacturing Company, Inc., exceeded expectations at Daytona Bike Week 2005.
Steven D. Smith, President of Chariot, stated, "This year's Bike Week was phenomenal. The ten days of festivities exposed thousands to the Chariot stable of products. Our display booth was a caldron of enthusiasm as prospective owners heard unsolicited testimonials of decades of current owners, many of whom viewed the pictorial history of Chariot and reminisced of Bike Weeks past. We even had a surprise visit by Chariot founder, Bob Hott, on Saturday to see the redesigned single sled and the customized 16-foot enclosed unit being shown. This year we decided to display a larger custom trailer with some of our special features. Custom painted with Harley-Davidson Anniversary colors (Black and Metallic Silver), this two-tone beauty showed off the clean lines of the Chariot trailer. It sported five spoke aluminum wheels, a tongue storage box, side entry door, drop down sleeper bunks and dual axels. Response to this trailer was truly astounding. This trailer was by far the class of the field when compared to the competitive products on display at this event."
Smith continued, "We were extremely pleased with the attendance and the positive responses we received from this years Daytona crowds. We will spend the next week or two sorting and categorizing the leads received during the ten-day event. We received commitments requiring delivery as far out as next year's Daytona Bike Week. When all is told, I expect the result to be substantially better than last year. I know that we are better prepared to follow up on the leads generated, as well as to meet the delivery commitments from the week's sales."
