Raser Technologies Selects Annual Meeting Date

PROVO, Utah--March 10, 2005--Raser Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:RSTG), a technology licensing company that develops and licenses advanced electric motor, controller and related technologies, today announced that it will hold its 2005 annual meeting of shareholders on Tuesday, May 2, 20054, 2005. The meeting will begin at 2 p.m. MST at the Riverside Country Club in Provo, Utah.

The record date for determining shareholders of record will be April 8, 2005. Raser expects to begin mailing proxy materials on or about April 15, 2005. The materials will be available on the company's Web site (www.rasertech.com) beginning the day of mailing.

Official business will conclude by 2:30 p.m. Management will then conduct a 30-minute presentation regarding the direction and goals of the company. After the management presentation, there will be a brief question and answer period. Shareholders will be able to vote by written proxy card or by written ballot at the meeting. Shareholders interested in attending the 2005 annual meeting may request admission by checking the appropriate box on their proxy card.
