Oshkosh Truck Acquires Canadian Concrete Mixer Manufacturer, London Machinery Inc.

OSHKOSH, Wis.--March 10, 2005--Oshkosh Truck Corporation , a leading manufacturer of specialty trucks and truck bodies, announced today that it has acquired London Machinery Inc., a leading, privately-owned manufacturer of concrete mixers based in London, Ontario.

"This acquisition of London provides us with an opportunity to enhance our product offering and service coverage to the Canadian market, while increasing aftermarket service for customers.
