Infor's AutoKnow Webinar to Address Critical Issues 

Automotive Suppliers Face as They Move to China 

 

 

Northville, Mich. March 9, 2005 - Infor is offering the second webinar
in its AutoKnow series. This webinar focuses on issues automotive
suppliers face as they move their operations to China to be closer to
the OEMs they supply. Automotive Suppliers understand that the move to
China is not without risk, and the savvy automotive supplier will want
to hear the critical insights that will help them enter this new market
and penetrate it from a position of strength.

 

Michelle Krebs, noted automotive journalist and expert on the many
aspects of the automotive industry's dramatic shift in operations to
China, will be the speaker for Infor's second AutoKnow webinar entitled,
"The Critical Focus:  China - Insights for Automotive Suppliers." The
webinar will be moderated by Rick Parker, Infor's Global Vice President
of Marketing, Discrete Group. 

 

Krebs will discuss the factors surrounding China's rise to prominence as
a manufacturing mecca for the automotive industry; the ever-increasing
pressure to reduce costs in the complex global supply chain; and the
