IRVINE, Calif.--March 9, 2005--KleenAir Systems Inc. (OTCBB:KAIR) is pleased to announce that they have signed a Technical Services Agreement with ServoTech Engineering, Inc., of Belleville, Mich.

Under this Agreement, ServoTech will perform hardware and software design and testing services for certain components used in KleenAir's NOxMaster(TM) NOx Reduction System. The system is being readied for multiple installations in the UK and for Retrofit Verification in the US.

ServoTech is a longtime supplier of engineering, prototyping and testing services to Ford Motor Company and other major Detroit-based and international automotive manufacturers.

"ServoTech have provided services to KleenAir for the last 2 years on developing systems for both particulate and NOx reduction," said Dr. Hamid Servati, President of ServoTech Engineering, Inc., "and we look forward to helping the transition from prototype to durable and reliable production-engineered products."

In order to avoid the appearance of conflict of interest, Dr. Servati has resigned as Deputy Chairman and Director of KleenAir Systems, Inc.

"As we move into the marketing phase of our technology, the assistance of ServoTech, as anticipated in this current agreement, will be invaluable," stated Lionel Simons, President of KleenAir Systems, Inc.
